1. Enquiry & Matching
You send us your travel dates, destination outline, and any specific considerations. We review and suggest the package that fits your visit length and planned route.
2. Documentation Preparation
We prepare your package materials — route sheets, city maps, convention cards, and any multi-day planning documents — ahead of your pickup date.
3. Handover & Departure
At pickup, we walk you through the vehicle condition report and the included materials. For longer packages, we also confirm mid-trip check-in arrangements before you leave.

Shared Standards & Protocols
JPJ Compliance
All vehicles are maintained in compliance with Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ) requirements. Roadworthiness is confirmed before each rental period.
IDP Verification
International Driving Permits are verified at vehicle handover. Renters are advised to carry both their IDP and home country licence throughout the rental period.
Documented Condition Reports
A vehicle condition report is completed and shared with the renter at pickup and return. This protects both parties and provides a clear record of the vehicle's state.
Data Privacy
Personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Booking records are retained only for the period required to complete the rental.
Local Team Accessibility
Our Kota Kinabalu team is reachable by phone and email during business hours throughout the rental period. For mid-stay and touring packages, a check-in point is agreed in advance.

Pricing is confirmed in Malaysian Ringgit before the rental begins. There are no add-on charges for the documentation and support included in each package.
